Its organizational structure has experienced human capital. Its procedures and controls, as well as risk management systems are good, and it has sound financial soundness.
The "+" sign represents a position of relative strength within the same qualification.
Qualification criteria.
The upward revision of the credit rating for Pendulum is based on the fact that the Company has maintained an adequate operational management of its receivables under management, showing a stability over three years in its assets under management and achieving a greater number of resolutions. Good credit management is based on the continuous training of the legal and collection area, as well as the strengthening of its technological tools. The constant improvement in its technological tools allows the Company to prepare adequate reports, both for the institutions that request them and for the accredited ones. It is also taken into account that the Company entered into a new line of business, the administration of adjudicated assets. On the other hand, their default buckets increased considerably in the bucket with more than 180 days of delay, due to the incorporation of new portfolios. Despite the increase observed, Pendulum proved to have a high capacity for the recovery of overdue loans. Also, the evolution observed in credits with legal status was taken into account.
