Because the Pendulum work system is based on asset management software, you must have a computer with Windows XP as a minimum and a good Internet connection, in order to scan, record and report the progress made in your portfolio to identify areas of opportunity or for your support.
Also, because it is important to follow up with the Pendulum legal consultants, you must have telephone lines to ensure proper communication with you, your team and our internal staff.
It is important to note that you must have a permanent location where you can hold review and audit meetings.
