Take the following steps to begin the recruitment process:


1.- Form. Please fill out the External Office Registration form you will find on this website.


2.- Hold a first evaluation interview with personnel from our HR team who will contact you to schedule a meeting to evaluate the following, among other things: your Résumé and general knowledge on the subject matter (commercial and mortgage loans).


3.- Confirmation of information. At this stage of the process, one of our representatives will schedule a visit to your office to receive the documentation you will be asked to provide, in order to confirm that the information recorded in the system is consistent with the data gathered during the visit.


4.- Labor clauses. Collaboration with our external partners is transparent and conducted under Win-Win negotiations. On this basis, it is important for us to share the guidelines under which we will do business together. If we reach an agreement, we will send you the final version of the contract for your signature.


5.- Access to our Systems. After you have completed the documentation and evaluation steps, we will give you a user name and password to log in and use the management systems to help you manage your portfolio and record the procedural phases that will be used to evaluate the progress you make on your assigned portfolio.


6.- Registration on our Network. Your information will be entered into Pendulum’s database for external firms.


7.- Portfolio Assignment. Your management portfolio will be assigned based on your business address. Wait for instructions from our team for its reception.
